Our in-house roasting offers profile development and roast-to-order service for buyers seeking finished products rather than green beans. We provide both our own brand roasted lots and toll roasting or private label options for other brands.

Quality is our priority. Our process includes:
- Direct sourcing: we work directly with farmers and cooperatives in specific micro-regions (e.g. Temanggung, Wonosobo) to control the harvest.
- Strict grading: every batch undergoes visual inspection, moisture testing, and defect counting (SCA standards for coffee).
- Sample approval: we always provide pre-shipment samples for your approval before the final container is loaded.
- Traceability: we can trace every batch back to the specific farm or cooperative.
We are flexible and experienced in international trade. We typically ship under:
- FOB (Free on Board): we handle everything up to the port of loading in Indonesia (Jakarta or Surabaya).
- CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight): we handle shipping and insurance to your destination port.
- EXW (Ex Works): you arrange pickup from our warehouse.

Lead times vary by season and product:
- Green coffee: 2–4 weeks after sample approval, depending on harvest season and processing.
- Cashew kernels: 2–4 weeks for processing and packaging.
- Tobacco leaf: 3–5 weeks for curing, grading, and baling.
We will provide a detailed production schedule upon order confirmation.
Yes. For cashew kernels and tobacco, we can package the products under your brand name (private label). For green coffee, we can provide bags with your logo printed on them. Please inquire about our branding options.
We encourage all potential partners to test our quality:
- Contact us with your specific requirements (region, grade, processing method).
- We send you a sample kit, usually 200–500 g, via courier (DHL / FedEx).
- Once you approve the sample, we proceed with the commercial offer.
For new partners, we typically require:
- 30% deposit upon signing the Proforma Invoice.
- 70% balance against the copy of the Bill of Lading (BL).
For established partners, we can discuss Letter of Credit (LC) or other terms.
